Welcome to 2BIGTOGO. By downloading our mobile applications, registering an account, or purchasing water refills through our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. User Accounts & Registration

To access deliveries and services, users (customers and riders) must register an account:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Unauthorized account usage or security breaches must be reported to our support team immediately.
  • Independent Riders must undergo background and license verification before accepting active orders.

2. Water Ordering & Delivery Rules

All product bookings placed on the customer app are subject to delivery constraints:

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are assigned to active riders based on distance and route optimization. Acceptance is subject to rider availability.
  • Delivery Options: You may select Instant Delivery or schedule bookings for later. We do our best to meet the estimated time of arrival (ETA), but delays due to road traffic or weather are beyond our direct control.
  • Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel orders only before a rider accepts the dispatch. Once a rider is en route, cancellations may incur a service/delivery charge.

3. Pricing, Payments & Commissions

The financial terms of the platform are administered dynamically:

  • Water refill prices, base delivery fees, and service charges are managed dynamically by local Station Administrators.
  • Available payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, cash-on-delivery (COD), and direct bank transfers.
  • Rider earnings, base commissions, and tips are calculated dynamically and made withdrawable inside the Rider Dashboard.

4. Water Container Management

Since water delivery relies heavily on high-value containers (gallons/dispenser jugs), users must adhere to container exchange protocols:

  • Exchange Policy: Customers must provide empty, clean, and matching brand containers to the rider in exchange for filled containers.
  • Deposit Fee: If no empty container is provided, customers must pay a container security deposit fee.
  • Damages: Users are responsible for water container cleanliness. Contaminated, stained, or cracked containers may be rejected by riders.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect professional behavior across our network. Riders must maintain optimal performance ratings, handle containers with extreme hygiene, and respect customer schedules. Customers must treat riders with respect and provide accessible delivery paths. Violation of standard conduct rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

2BIGTOGO acts as a logistics and administration platform. While we enforce strict quality rules, we are not directly liable for:

  • Losses or damages arising from rider driving incidents or traffic delays.
  • Temporary technical service interruptions of our mobile servers or digital payment channels.
  • Water quality issues originating from station filtration systems that are not owned or managed by our central operators.
